Coffeestamp, a cafรฉ in St. Louis, began as a pop-up business. Founders Patrick and Spencer Clapp needed more sophisticated tools than their current setup with Shopify allowed, looking to streamline ordering and expand their menu effectively. As their business grew, the Clapp brothers realized their existing technology wasn't up to snuff, limiting their growth and not providing needed data insights. With plans to open their brick-and-mortar store and expand their offerings to include sandwiches and empanadas, they sought a comprehensive solution to help them manage inventory, track sales in real-time, and ease the process of employee management.
